Because our cards are printed to order (and some include personalized details), all sales are final once an order has been processed.

Please read before ordering:

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

    • Personalized or custom items

    • Errors made when entering personalization details

    • Change of mind after an order is placed

    • Delays caused by the shipping carrier

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect due to our mistake, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue so we can make it right.

When appropriate, we will:

  • Replace the item, or

  • Issue a refund

Address accuracy

Please double-check all shipping information before placing your order. We are not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
